A pet loss support group for grieving pet parents. This support group provides comfort and support to those who are experiencing the loss of a precious pet to old age, illness, accident, or displacement. The group gathers every 4th Tuesday of month.

My Sappy

Four years ago, I had to make one of the most difficult decision in my life-to euthanize Sappy. Sappy, a 14-year-old, six-pound, longhaired Chihuahua, was diagnosed with bladdar cancer. It was only two months after his diagnosis when he entered into eternal rest and went to be with God in heaven. He was suffering so much that I had to make that decision because my heart was breaking as I watched him in pain and listened to his cries. I couldn't put him through the pain and suffering just to keep him. It wasn't about me, but about him. My baby was in pain and I had to help him. I gave him relief and rest and God took him to heaven where there's no pain or sorrow! He's now enjoying perfect love and someday I will join him.
